Andy, If your pedal is all the way to the floor and the reservoir is full then I would think the master cylinder is bad. If your holding pedal and no fluid is coming out as you apply pressure then the line or caliper is stopped. You might try taking the line loose and blowing air thru it. It's going to be a messy job.
