That rattling noise you hear is probably slugs of liquid and gas passing through the hose when you first start up the A/C until the pressures stabilize. It could mean an overcharge but I suspect it has more to do with the fact that Freeze-12 is not R-12 but probably a blend of several refrigerents, some which condense out and some which don't when the system shuts down. If the system seems to operate normaly (except for the noise) then try strap-tying the hoses tighter and/or using foam to jam in between the frame, underbody, and hose to keep the hose from jumping around. If you hear the compressor making bad sounding rattling noises then it is pumping liquid and that will be bad for it's longevity.
