[DML] 2 cars spotted I-39 Northbound

We passed a pair of D's (one with N-Dak plates and one with Minn collector plates) northbound on I-39 about an hour south of Rockford.  We were travelling with the red Lotus Elan convertible.  Hope you passed the leak test...
