I had a sticky idle-speed motor last year, which caused a no-start condition (no air!). I believe holding down the gas pedal while starting disengages the idle-speed microswitch, and opens the idle-speed-motor valve, allowing air into the motor to start. That's what I was told last year, anyway. -Hank [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnews Yahoo!
