[DML] VIN #1490 in distress?

Yesterday I sighted VIN #1490 (I believe) at the Annapolis Naval 
Academy, in the commisary parking lot. Gas flap, Ital side-stripe etc.

I noted the front tires were flat. If you're on the list and need
