[DML] Stupid door vents

Alright, purists cover your ears (or eyes).
I think I've had enough of my door vents.  For one, they put an 
unsightly hole in my door trim.  Two, they put an unsightly hole in 
my kneepads, and with an unsightly round rubber seal that 
deteriorates and is no longer available.  Three, when I adjust them, 
the 'fins' break free from the thin plastic spine that holds them 
together and leaves me with air flappers instead of deflectors.  
Four, they don't provide much ventilation anyway.
If no one can give me a good reason to keep them, I'm going to 
reupholster the lower door trim, kneepads, seal them off under the 
dash and eliminate them from the car completely.  Soon to follow will 
be the courtesy switches, along with the elimination of the buzzer 
switch; can't really stand that sound anymore.  I will replace the 
courtesy switches with a magnetic reed switch most likely.  

Don't get me wrong, as a whole, I love this car.
