You jump the RPM Relay harness connector. Goes from one corner (white/purple as I recall) to the opposite corner (brown?). This is not a keyed line, so the pump will spin whether the main & aux relays are closed or not. Note that jumping the RPM Relay won't help a ground problem after the pump. I think John Hervey has a picture on his website somehwere of the connector jumped.
