Dan As I said it's normally fuel starvation but I since yours is a bucking situation I should re phrase it and say starvation due to a sudden stop in the fuel pump because of an electrical connection. If you have or had a starvation of fuel due to a filter stopping up it would normally gradually happen upon acceleration and then maybe a bucking because of lack of fuel for a moment. The one place that give more trouble is the inertia switch connection. Try running a wire from the ground side or ( - ) side of pump direct to ground. The RPM relay contacts could also foul and cause the problem. Sorry it's not just one thing and sometimes hard to analyze over the internet.
