The fresh air intake below the windshield can create problems if the drain tube in it is clogged. It fills with water, and will overflow into the blower motor chamber, and will leak/pour into the car. The intake chamber is sometimes overlooked, because it really isn't a "part" per se. It's created durring the assembly of the front firewall. But as a side note, if this chamber is clogged, chances are that the drain for the engine intake behind the quarterpanel glass is clogged too. If so, rather than having water drip on your carpets, back there you'd run the risk of having the engine suck in water! So check back there as well. -Robert vin 6585 "X" --- In dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, "TalksToGod" <5n-@xxxx> wrote: > I have been meaning to get some opinions on this- When I pulled my > DeLorean in to work on it, the rugs and floor was flooded with water. > I know my doors don't leak because in the summer with the rain and > everything I had to battle the inner seals to stop leaking and did so > sucessfully.
