Rod - The fuel pump is common for several types of cars, and is available from any of your favorite DeLorean vendors for less than you could purchase it "out there". You simply have to decide who your favorite DeLorean vendor is. The torque setting comes in two forms ... a torque setting, followed by an angular setting. You really should get yourself a Workshop Manual so that you can at least have an idea what is required for these funky little cars. I would give you the numbers and angles, but I don't have my manual in front of me. Also, there is of course a specific pattern for torqueing the head bolts.
