Personally, I feel with the issues that car has, the price is too high. Do this: take all of the problems you listed, call a vendor, let them know what the problems are and ask for a rough estimate. Then tell the seller it's gonna cost you $XXXX to get it reparied. Then counter the offer. I've heard worse, but I'm also willing to bet the fuel sysem is shot too.
