Two common problem points: 1) If you still have the original blue fan fail module inline, replace with a double jumper per DMC Tech Bulletin: http://www.dmcnews.com/bulletins/ST-06-9.82.html 2) Check condition of grounds after the fans (are grounded to the crumple extension, exposed to the worst road elements). Often are rusty or otherwise unable to reliably complete the circuit. To properly diagnose, follow your cooling fan circuit from start to finish, testing at each component along the way.
