Sounds like the fuel accumulator... the infamous hot start problem. the next time it happens: remove the grey plug from the Control Pressure Regulator and the blue plug from the cold start valve. Plug the red one in to the blue connector and leave the blue one unplugged. Start the car, immediately remove the red plug from the blue connector and replace both the red and the blue plugs. Now it will run fine.
