Not sure where the 4.3L V6 conversion topic started or if there is a shop planning to do them, but DWC can do them as well. Delorean Welding Center (DWC) is teamed up with Evil Custom shop, which can do Delorean engine conversions upon request. There are two Delorean engine conversions that are in the works now, but neither of these two is a 4.3L V6. If there is enough interest, DWC will pursue the 4.3L V6 engine conversion with a specific year range of donor model engines, to make it easier to reproduce the same results in multiple cars and recoup the development costs over the first few examples. I hope to have my Grand National powered 3.8L Turbo V6 engine conversion Delorean at Pigeon Forge. This conversion does have custom mounts that were fabricated by the DWC workers although the initial conversion was reworked by Dave Swingle and myself.
