Rich, Yikes! Glad you were able to avoid a collision. I wouldn't take it to any shop that won't let you stand and watch. NTB might be a good choice, since they do permit customers in the service bay, and they perform alignments. You might do well in a Lotus shop, if you can find one that does alignment work.
