Looks like it might work. Just haven't had the time to try it. It was the right size. John hervey www.specialTauto.com << Does anyone know where to get this stuff? I saw the $10.00 fix on a site but I was wondering if anyone sells just the trim felt? Does the $10.00 fix put too much pressure on the glass? Also, are these new Ford pieces or are they used? >> ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ Message: 2 Date: Thu, 10 Oct 2002 08:10:53 -0400 From: Watkins Family <watbmv@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: Zilla's I must say that I was uncomfortable with the LockZilla Thread. This product has been out there forever. If there was any serious issue with it killing batteries I would assume that the person who would have noticed it first would the guy who designed it. No disrespect to the poster of the question but Bob's products have stood the test of time. I personally think that the thread was unintentional in it's message that LockZilla's are to be avoided due to power draw. So let's make this very clear.....any newbies reading this....LOCKZILLA is awesome and is well worth your investment!!! Installed mine over the weekend including new solenoids. I'm now100% confident in my locking system as well as getting a 5 year warranty with the complete kit from Rob. What more could you ask for?..........How about Launchers!!!!!! Can't wait. Tom #005732.......now with bullet proof locks! ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ Message: 3 Date: Thu, 10 Oct 2002 13:35:22 -0000 From: "Adam" <acprice1@xxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: Re: 17000 series My car was actually built in '82 though... August of 82. Forgot to mention that earlier. Adam --- In dmcnews@xxxx, "Marc A. I'm not sure if there is some other indicator (Vin? Build date? interior color?). It would be great if information like this could be added to the DML production chronology. I'd also like to see frame and engine serial numbers to see if we can make sense of any correlations. > > > > -----Original Message----- > > From: Adam [mailto:acprice1@xxxx] > > Sent: Tuesday, October 08, 2002 11:02 PM > > To: dmcnews@xxxx > > Subject: Re: [DML] 17000 series > > > > > > I thought it was the 83s that had exhaust tips..
