I took the large one to Kinkos and had them print it out on a huge sheet of
paper and laminate it.  I also bought a cardboard tube to keep it in and
total cost was very low.  I think the most expensive item was the cardboard
tube.

I am sure yours is higher in cost due to being color.  Have you checked into
a quantity discount?  Maybe you could get some pre-paid orders or something.

No larger size yet, but it may be a future project. 
The hardest part is getting it laminated at a decent
cost.  The cost seems to go up exponentially as you go
up in size.  This also increases mailing costs, etc. 
I'll keep you informed as to how progress goes.  I'll
only do it if I can offer something of quality for a
reasonable price.
