They have had a licensing agreement since BTTF was made. That was some of
the issues Lee Seiler had when I tried to help him and was told by Universal
that they owned the rights to the BTTF car and went further to say they
owned the rights to the DeLorean look. I can only surmise that they paid a
licensing agreement with John DeLorean and were basing their statements on
that agreement. The previous licensing agreement might supersede the new
owners of the logo and Universal might be grandfathered in, like if they
signed a 99 year agreement with DeLorean... Not sure about that only an
opinion.

I did navigate to find the shirts. Nice stuff.
The shirts showing the front of the car has the "DMC"
logo on it. Did universal finanly stand up to DMCH?
Or did they fold and get a licence agreement?
