Someone can do an investigation after they arrive if they have the 
oppurtunity to speak to those involved and any witnesses or look at 
physical evidence.  Thats part of the process.  If the 
investitgation finds guilt they can charge somoene.  If not they 
don't.  Thats not a conviction its a charge. And that person can go 
to court if they find it to be incorrect.  And you can sign a charge 
on someone as well and go to court if you are in an accident.  

Of course as you state below it would be ridiculous to place blame 
if someone arrived and hears only one side.  Just as its ridiculous 
to place blame on other people, based solely on your accounts, that 
you are claiming acted a certain way.  Its unfair to pass 
judgements on one sided stories such as the ones you are telling (or 
any other ones), just as it would if anyone else gave accounts, 
claiming certain actions of people, who no one has knowledge of.
So to make any judgements on them is pointless. 
Again I am sure the other people involed have a different account.  
Now you can go in to as much detail as you want with your stories, 
and keep telling new ones, but again they are one sided, and its 
pointless to pass judgement on your opinon of the actions of others, 
simply by your own accounts.  Probably why as usual one or two out 
of 316 members here seems to agree with you.  Of course I am sure 
most have tuned off their email delivery long ago LOL.  As 
has been stated by alot more than one or two, most understand your 
real motivation in your posts, whatever group you wish to stir ill 
will in, whether they pertain to professions, politics, or religion, 
or whatever. 

You are welcome to your opinons again Marc, but to debate your 
personal accounts and views is pointless, and unending.  Now you can 
send three replies and keep going or tell some new stories from 
friends or more second hand accounts.  I think you have drained all 
the controversy you can from your latest "soapbox".  :-)  Maybe you 
can get another poll going?
