Quaife do paddle shift conversion on the UN1 which suits out manuals. 
Expect $$$

The only reason the term "flappy paddles" was coined was because nobody 
has made one that anyone who knows how to drive, actually likes.

To clarify, a "flappy paddle" box is a manual transmission where the 
clutch and gearchange are all done "by wire" and not to be confused with 
a semi-auto.

Of course the new VW twin clutch boxes are the best of both worlds
