Not me.  I have been very happy with the service I have received.  Sure as
Marc has pointed out there have been a few things to take notice (SonnyV
IMHO was blown way out of proportion, so James posed as another member and
gave good info -- please don't take this little point and argue it, we all
have an opinion on SonnyV).

Also DMC Florida seems to be a great asset especially to those in Florida.
I am looking forward to finally getting my car over to Tony for repairs.

I have been an owner and customer of DMCH since 1997 when I bought my car.
That's 8 years now of good relations.  I remember the 1st open house in
Columbus as well as an impromptu meeting on my way to DCS Cincy where they
were more than gracious to help me out of a Jam.

As a fellow business owner I know too well that profit and sales is always
at the top of the list, why else would one go into business for themselves,
Love of the product will be a close second -- usually.  

It is far easier to have a desk job somewhere and blast those entrepreneurs
who are succeeding.

That does not mean I don't recognize all of the GOOD
things DMCH does..  But, there are dozens of people
talking about how wonderful they are..  But most
everyone is AFRAID to say anything negative about
Saint DMCH.
