The Bradley GT II is a kit car, built off of a VW Bug. The gullwing
doors have some tiny, manual tollboth windows, and you can pop the
plexiglass windows on top out for a "t-top" type feel.

Back in 1997, I saw one for sale on a used car lot/garage. The guy who
owned it wanted to sell it, because he said he kept getting pulled
over by the police, since he was black (something I don't doubt here
in Las Vegas), and was tired of the hastle. He wanted $3,500 for it,
so I passed.

I never sat in it, so I couldn't tell you how comforable/ergonomic it
is, nor how difficult ingress and egress of the vehicle is. But it's a
neat looking little kit car. I wouldn't however reccomend buying one,
until you complete the restoration of the DeLorean. Otherwise, you'll
get into the habit of buying cars simply to own them, and won't have
anything that works properly. You'll get tired of working on them, and
will just brush them all aside.

Having seen a Bradley GT II up close, and having sat at least in a
Bricklin, be thankful that you got the long end of the stick so to
speak, by owning a DeLorean. The Bradley GT II is just a kit car. And
like all kit cars, there always seems to be some sloppyness about
them. Especially on the bland lines, and the built in my garage
interiors. You look at them, and all you can see are parts ordered
from a racing and accessory catalogue. The Bricklin is a step up, but
still feels like it's missing some professional design cues.

The DeLorean feels like the true, and serious production car that it
is. Instead of touching slick metal, and sharp plastic, you touch cut
pile carpet, and textured vinyl and leather. And everything inside has
complex designs and shapes, but fits together so smoothly, and very
flush. You know that everything was designed at once, rather than
pieced together and built upon, and/or over. From the complex
construction of the door sills, to the moulded carpet, to the unique
instrument cluster and warning lamps.

But, that's just my opinion. I too was the same way about wanting a
Brickling, and a Bradley GT II, and a Cimbrea all at once, but I grew
out of it. None of them compare to the DeLorean.
