I've got to call you on this. Have you looked at the statistics?
Google "crime great britain handgun ban" and check out the results.
Since handguns were banned, violent crime has risen dramatically abnd
handgun offenses have risen every year since the ban. So tell me again
how it's doing you any good?

The same holds true for (nearly?) every country that has ever banned
handguns. Go on, start looking them up one at a time, you'll see that
I'm right.
