Check out bulkregister.com There is a membership fee, but once a 
member the domain registration fee is very competitive. The biggest 
advantage is that you can control all aspects of the domain yourself. 
You can change the registration info, change dns servers, forwarded 
mail, etc.

A couple of years ago I ended up joining and changing all my domains 
to this registrar. Now I get regular updates on which domains are 
expiring and I am using the option of automatically renewing them. By 
going to their site I get a complete list of all domains and their 
details. It is by far the easiest way I have found to manage multiple 
domains
