Blasting will not remove warp from a rotor, turning will. You should
not rely on brake pads to "smooth" out the rotor. What could happen
is the pads could get filled with what ever "glaze" material there
is on the rotor and not work properly. If I were you I would remove
the wheels and spray the entire rotor with brake cleaner. Do this on
all the rotors you had off.
Best of luck

sand blasted.  The rotors were good, just really dirty and had a
glaze on them.  I didn't get them resurfaced before I put them on
thinking that eventually the pads will smooth the rotors out.  While
driving you can definately hear the rotors giving off a harsh
sound.  The sound goes away when I brake.  How long do you think it
will be before the rotors smooth out?
