Josh,
I was in college for 5 years. As hard as it may be, I would say to
sell your car. It will only put a strain on your finances. When you
get out and find a good job, you'll be able to purchase one in much
better condition. I think you've said before here that your car
wasn't in the best shape? Am I wrong?
As far as the thing with your dad, sorry to hear about that. Even if
you take him to court and he's found guilty, that money isn't going to
magically come back. This is why I say to sell your car. School is
the more important thing for you right now.
