[DMCForum] Volvo B280f (was eagle premier)



The re-designed b280 heads actually would squirt oil on the cam lobe
i think.  I suspect the oil passages may have been improved, i'm not
sure. I would have to dig out my service manual. There were numerous
improvements. Here is a brickboard link that explains some of the

The problem is the heads off a b280 won't likely fit your engine. You
would need a complete engine. A 760 '87 or later is desireable since
they had the better engine. The 260 had the same engine as you have
now (B28).
