As a happy costomer, I can say Josh's dashes are great.  I've got a black 
one.  It doesn't look quite stock, though...  It's better.  You can tell 
by looking at it that it's softer and better made than the originals were. 
It's making the interior of my car look great.  (Although with most of the 
rest of the interior ripped out right now, anything with a finished 
surface looks pretty great.)

The dash is a very easy install (at least if you have toothpick arms like 
I do), but you will need a riveter to transfer your VIN plate.
