[DMCForum] Installing a Non-Zilla remote lock system.

Hi Guys!

How hard is it to install an off the shelf generic remote lock system 
on a D?
I have one wired in (courtesy the previous owner - eeesh) but it keeps 
blowing it's inline fuses.

Has anyone done it?  Other than Bob Zilla. :)
