Just don't be taken in by the bollocks about the exhaust heatshield. A 
quick look on google for this "V4A" told me that it's just another name 
for 316 - common as muck. For example:

The designation 316 stainless steel is not used in all countries. The 
following list shows the designations used by some other nations for a 
similar product:

    * Germany 1.4571 or V4A
