Did you read the article?  FYI, neither NOS nor NO2 were ever available as
STD or OPT from any OEM, AFAIK.

You think this law also covers adding NOS?  Or
modifying the turbocharger?

I think the EPA rules say that any modification which
will effect emissions is illegal anyway.
