Why not bring a few of your own spotlights similar to what Curtis had 
for his car at Pigeon Forge?  
As far as the location, I wouldn't be too upset about that.  Your car 
can only become more interesting to people when placed within a bunch 
of stuff that is less than stellar.  
If I were you, I'd bring a few extra "props" to draw all the 
attention I needed.  Hell, set a TV up on a stool infront of the car 
playing BTTF DVD!
