Here is a theory that I haven't heard mentioned.....but maybe the heat that
is
warping the facsia is not the headlight or the sun, but the RADIATOR
directly below?
When I leave my car running, I have actually burned by leg and left a mark
from
the heat that builds up on the fenders from the hot air being blown off the
radiator.
Then the car is parked after a drive on a hot day, all that head that is
built up in the
radiator is no longer being blown back and it simply rises up into the
inside of the facsia.
Combined with the heat of the sun this could reach up to 180-200 degrees
maybe?
This could soften the plastic and then when it cools it warps.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
