Not really no.
I just sit here and drool all over myself and use my A+ certification for a 
coaster.

POP3 mail sucks - web mail doesn't. My opinion,.
Ever since I completely removed OUTLOOK and every other mail server program 
I have
not gotten a virus, actually I am sent a virus every other day but Hotmail 
blocks it.
If it can't get in, it can't work.
I don't download anything on this system so I have no troubles.
Zone Alarm and my firewall blocks the rest.

I am not claiming to be an expert, but I know that people who accept emails
with "regular" email are always getting virus' and I don't ever get them.

However, if there is something you know that we don't, why not just school 
us
instead of wasting time trying to discredit me.
Use your knowledge to do that instead of your wit.
