I have the PERFECT anti-virus.
NO AOL, and NO POP3 mail.
As long as you avoid a mail server program that injects data into your
computer
you will be fine.
I use Hotmail only and have never got a virus.
I also run ZONE ALARM too, but rarely need it.
AOL is the root of all evil on the net because it integrates itself into
your computer
and takes over all your mail programs and lets hackers do what they want.
The only virus I ever got came from AOL when my wife was using it.
