[DMCForum] DMC Trans strength?

I think this is a Martin-ish kind of question, but if anyone else knows,
please jump in.
 
Is there any way to make a D's transmission stand up to over 500 ft/lbs of
torque, and/or 500+ HP at the rear wheels?  I have a feeling Toby's
strengthened input coupler just wouldn't handle it.  What about with that
whole new input shaft from the guy in the UK?
