This is a scam, there's no way it's really up for sale.

I have emailed and talked to the seller, here was his last response 
when I asked for better pictures and something proofwise tomake me 
bid.

I HAVE NO OTHER WAY TO SHOW YOU THE CONDITION OF THE PROTOTYPE 1.
 
I HAVE NEVER TAKEN ANY PERSONAL PICTURES.
 
THE ONLY PICTURES IN PRINT ARE THE ONES IN THE SUMMER 2004 DW
 
MAGAGZINE. THE CAR HAS BEEN HOUSED IN MY PERSONAL GARAGE FOR OVER 
 
20 YEARS NOW. I HAVE NEVER EVEN DROVE IT.

AND YOUR RIGHT IT IS PRICELESS...

It's priceless and on EBAY?!?! yeah right. That thing would be 
auctioned by sotherby's or something. Not ebay.

Although it would be awesome to own if it were true.
