Woody Hayes was the football coach at Ohio State for a good long
time...he became famous for his hot temper, and do or die attitude. The
temper finally did him in. In the late Seventies, he reached out and
grabbed a Clemson football player by the neck during OSU's bowl game
that year...and was immediately fired.
I am not a sports fan though...I was in the marching band. I see
football games as a band concert, interrupted every few minutes by
abnormally large fellows fighting over a ball whilst wearing tights.
Kind of disgusting/annoying if you ask me.
