Others have already commented on the hood issue, so I won't go there.
However, even if you had undeniable proof there was a scam going on,
eBay won't do a thing about it. They simply do not care. I have been
there, done that with eBay and let me assure you, they offer no
protection to anybody. All they care about is getting their share of
the transaction ($$$).
