[DMCForum] razor sharp doors - was Solenoid Spool

I've been warned about that.  My door panel is so warped I can't get 
it to stay in the door, so it lives in the boot.  I wrapped my sharp 
edges  in duct tape (hey - it sort of matches) as soon as I got the car  
just in case!   Maybe after the new year someone can give me some 
hints on how to make the panel fit.
