Bummer, I buy salvage cars to use as winter cars every couple of 
years. I just usually buy ones that need an interior part fixed, 
nothing with structural damage. Do the easy fix, pay $50 for Ohio 
State Patrol inspection, and then I'm on the road with a rebuilt 
title.


Too bad for other states I guess.
