I got it out! I couldn't find the shields and assumed someone had
removed them and never put them back. Toby Peterson walked me through
locating them. Man, those suckers are hidden. The starter shield was
easy, it came off with the starter and the bolts were right there in
my face. The others were just hidden.
Thank you for the replies, and a special thanks to Toby for taking my
frantic phone calls.
I'm praying there will be a shop open tomorrow that can machine my
flywheel so I can get this back together. Man, there was a lot of gunk
and grime up under there... my garage looks like a toxic waste dump
right now. ;)
