Dude, they are all over eBay.  Search under 'police' and you will find tons
of vehicles, even ones just a few years old, for very little money.  I met a
guy who buys the retired Police Interceptors and changes the interior to be
like a civilian version and re-sells them for a small profit.

I'd love to have a late model black Crown Vic Police Interceptor.  Talk
about people getting out of your way on the interstate ;)
