The analyzer has an o-scope function if ya' ending up wanting to try that.

I don't think you will be able to measure the output of the ignition coil  
pickup unless you use an oscilloscope.  It is just generating pulses for
the 
ECU.  The only way you might be able to do it is if you measured a  known
good 
one with the same meter and compared.
