you mean like the one that burned down half of Arizona last 
summer?  but I digress........

Seriously, this just sounds like another spin doctor's  half-assed idea 
to make Dubyah look like he's on top of things.  I would hope that if 
there were some intellingence reports of a potential attack the gov 
would handle it on a more effective level than a press release.   

Frankly, I think all you E Coasters should move to Tucson - and bring 
your D's (they won't rust!).  The only target here would be the 
hideous red sculpture in front of the main library -- or maybe the 
Super Wal Mart.  Oh -- or DM Air Force Base ;)
