There ya go again blaming a brand on previous owners. How many "D"'s
out there are junk while others are well maintained vehicles. Remember
you were looking at a now 8 model year old truck... what do you expect?

I was looking at Dodge trucks the other day- a '97 or '98 ram.
I went to open the glove compartment, and stopped trying when it seemed
to not open. The salesman reached over and started cranking on it, at
which time it ungracefully came flying open, falling into my lap.
(sigh).
Then he started opening all the other little compartment, I think to
show
me there was nothing wrong. The next compartment closer to the driver
he
pulled, at which point the thing came completely unhinged and fell out.
I asked for him to start it. After jump starting the dead battery, it
ran for 2 seconds and died. Again and again.
"ram tough". HA. If rams were this tough, crickets would be kicking
them off the mountain.
