"Qwotta" is New York or New Jersey. Down South would be "curter".
Spark is indeed two syllables. Most single syllable words gain one.
I'm "Beeoll". Young'uns call me "Mr. Bill" -- common way of addressing
adults that is wonderfully respectful and informal all at the same time.
Careful making fun of the South (which has produced all of the
Presidents for the past 16 years -- John Kerry will be an anomaly). Is
God's country. Hard to tell in print, but God speaks with a drawl.
