Hey Flavia- if it makes you feel any better towards the distaste to the
Mercedes marque, I'll offer this bit of experience. I have driven long
distances in a nice Mercedes luxury sedan, and taken the same drive in
my DMC.
DMC kicks it's ass all across the board. Better feel, more comfortable
seats (the Krautmobile seats were spring-loaded), and less expensive to
drive. I'm not necessarily picking on Mercedes, but I agree that they
are nothing special.

PS- the 300SL has gullwing doors to solve a problem, the DMC-12 has
gullwing doors all because of it's style

have an idea, I saw BTTF 1 at the theater, but I was a little kid.
Therefore I am probably younger than most people in the list.
However, I am sure that my age isn't the reason why I didn't know
about such mercedes model, it's just because I hate Mercedes :)
ok, you guys that actually understand how a car works will say that
mercedes is this and that and I am crazy. But I just don't like the
exterior of any of their models. There are other great cars out there!
