I think it has to also do with what kind of neighbores you have.  We 
had our parts car outside last summer, on our trailer, and we got a 
letter in the mail saying we had to "take care of it".  Guess they 
didn't like seeing a 80% burned Delorean.  Man that thing stunk.  
Anyway, we put a tarp over it and got it off the trailer.  Never 
heard anything from them again.  Right now we have a pontoon on our 
trailer uncovered.  haven't heard anything from anyone for the past 
month.  we'll see.
