Nope. Although you're right that the 066 is meant for a lambda equipped
engine, they're not "partners in crime". The 066 and 038 warm up stats
are similar. It's the accelleration enrichment that differs massively,
for the simple reason that the DeLorean engine backfires like a good un
when cold unless you richen it up quite considerably. The metering heads
put out different fuelling curves, regardless of the primary pressure
regulator. The DeLorean metering head is actually designed to flow more
fuel at top end for example.

So you realise then that the 066 vacuum enrichment is plumbed up to only
do something when the engine's cold on a DeLorean? Perpetually fuel
starved state? Do you even KNOW what the lambda system does? OK, it's
possible, with the right timing, to put a little more fuel in and get
more power out, but it's definitely not correct to suggest it's
perpetually starved. The lambda system actually controls the mixture to
keep the fuel-air ratio spot on for best economy and emissions. It's
condusive to a longer lasting engine too. Oil leaks notwithstanding....
